PERADUAN JOM MAIN! JOHNSON’S® BABY POWDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Organizer & Eligibility

1. Open to all Malaysian residents older than 18 years of age as of 08/06/2009.
2. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
3. Employees of Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd., [including their related and affiliated companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or
4. Representatives, employees and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. [including its related and affiliated companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].

Duration

1. This online contest will run from 12:01am, 08 June 2009 to 11:59pm, 30 September 2009 [“the Contest Period”].      
2. Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. shall reserve the right to amend the Contest Period at any time. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.

Contest Entry

1. All fields of each entry sent must be complete with participant’s contact details and photo submission.
2. Participants can send as many entries as they wish to gain higher chance; proof of purchase is not required.
3. A panel of judges consisting of selected members of Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd. will select the top 10 participants with the highest entries. Winners will then be selected based on originality and creativity of entries to win the following prize [Grand prize]:
4. Grand Prize: 1 x trip for a family of 4 to Disneyland, Hong Kong (Air tickets and accommodation included
5. Contest entry submissions must be in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Please note following criterion for contest entries for Peraduan Jom Main! JOHNSON’S® Baby Powder submission:
6. All entries will become the property of Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd., which reserves the right to use the entry forms, names and submitted photographs/winner or participant for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation or notice.
7. Photo entries with any form of vulgarity and incomplete will automatically be disqualified.
8. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained
9. By participating in this online contest, participants agree to abide by the rules, regulation and decision of the judges.

Winner Announcement

1. Winner will be announced a month after contest period ends.
2. Winner will be notified by phone or email.

Prize

1. There are a total of One [1] Grand Prize to be won at the end of the Contest Period:
2. Grand Prize: 1 x trip for a family of 4 to Disneyland, Hong Kong (Air tickets and accommodation included)
3. Prize must be claimed within six [6] weeks from the date of notification for collection.
4. All unclaimed prize will be forfeited. Winning result will also be announced in JOHNSON’S® Baby Powder Jom Main! website [www.ilovejohnsonsbaby.com/jommain].
5. Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
